This shows us that the woman in Gen. 3:15 cannot be Eve because Eve and the devil are now on the same side, both with out Grace and in Spiritual death. The only other Woman that is a virgin and is giving birth to her seed, a male child that will defeat Satin, is Mary and she is full of grace so God can put enmity between her and satin. Luke 1. 27-31 27” to a virgin betrothed to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary. 28 And he came to her and said, "Hail, full of grace, * the Lord is with you!" * 29 But she was greatly troubled at the saying, and considered in her mind what sort of greeting this might be. 30* And the angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. 31* And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus”. So far we have seen God send another woman after Eve with a seed that will wage war with the serpent that we know is Satan. This woman will be a virgin and her seed will be the Savior, a male child called Immanuel, which means God with us. We notice there is no man involved with the woman because it is her seed. As we see in the first Woman (Eve) that told God no she would not be submissive of his will, by eating of the forbidden fruit. The Fruit that God had told her and Adam not to eat. It was the woman (Eve) that first told God no and then Adam agreed and brought death and curses to mankind. So also we see how God comes to the 2nd woman to ask her obedience to his will. The woman who was to bear the 2nd Adam according to Paul 1 Cor. 15:21 “For as by a man came death, by a man has come also the resurrection of the dead. 22* For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive.”
