Guest who proclaim and acclaims Holy, Holy, Holy day and night, there is always a Catholic mass going on somewhere in the world. Day and night we are saying Holy, Holy, Holy Eucharistic Prayer: Then we start the Eucharistic prayer The Priest says: Lift up your hearts to the Lord. And we participate by saying: We lift them up to the Lord. Revelation 1:10. We hear John say, I was caught up in spirit on the Lord’s Day. What is the Lords Day, the day of the Sun, Sunday, and heard behind me a voice as loud as a trumpet. Write on a scroll what you see and send it to the seven churches: Then we say the epiclesis (the calling down of): Let your spirit come down upon these gifts to make them holy. We are lifting up to the Lord and asking him to come down. We are meeting heaven and earth. Read the CCC on this ( Waldo) While we kneel the priest says: He gave you thanks and praise, he broke the bread gave it to his disciples and said take this all of you and eat, this is my body which will be given up for you, he took the cup again he gave you thanks and praise gave the cup to his disciple and said take this and drink from it, this is the cup of my blood the blood of the new and everlasting covenant. These are the actual words of consecration, just as Jesus does in Mathew 26:26. At the last supper. And in Luke 22: 19 we hear Jesus say then he took the bread said the blessing, broke it and gave it to them saying, this is my body, which will be given for you, do this in memory of me. Listen to what Jesus says her, Do this, not write it down, or think about it, but do this in memory of me. In all of Gods major covenants with his people he had them do the action over and over in memory of him. Passover, Feast of Tabernacles, Feast of Pentecost, Day of Atonement.
