We then respond with the mysteries of our Faith:
Christ has died, Christ has risen, and Christ will come again. The past, present and future of Christ.
Communion Rite:
The communal rite is where we are being united as it says in Eph: 4: 5. We are one body and one Spirit , as you were also called to the one hope of your call: one Lord, one faith, one baptism: one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.
The Lord’s Prayer:
Showing unity through saying the prayer Jesus taught us.
When we analyze this prayer we see how it fits the mass structure.
We now continue our unity with the sharing of the Kiss, which I have to agree with the wisdom of the church we now use a handshake, offering the sign of peace to each other.
The Breaking of the bread:
When the priest holds up the bread and breaks it to represent Jesus being broken on the cross for our salvation Then we see the priest break a small part off and add it to the wine to represent his body and blood being joined back together in his resurrection.
In the road to Emmaus, they saw in the Breaking of the bread Jesus’ resurrected body.
Our response is: The Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the World have mercy on us.
In John 1: 29 John the Baptist calls Jesus The Lamb of God. And Rev: 7: 10. They stood before the throne and before the Lamb, wearing white robes and holding palm branches in their hands. They cried out in a loud voice, salvation comes from our God, who is seated on the throne, and from the Lamb. They washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
We see here, where they purified their robes with the Lambs Blood. The Lamb takes away the sins of the world.
